Were looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the customer experience and play a meaningful role in the sales this position youll support customers through one of the biggest purchases theyll make helping them understand their financing options and making the process clear and straightforward.

At Gander Kia the focus is on building long-term relationships not just closing deals. As the Finance & Insurance Manager youll work closely with both customers and the sales team to ensure every transaction is handled with care accuracy and professionalism.

• Work with lenders to secure financing solutions that align with each customers situation
• Complete lease and finance paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Present warranty insurance and protection options in a clear and informative way
• Support the sales team by keeping them informed on financing programs and options
• Ensure all documentation is complete compliant and well organized

• Previous experience in automotive sales or finance (F&I experience is an asset)
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Comfort reviewing credit and explaining financing options to customers
• Understanding of different lending types including prime and subprime
• A motivated detail-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
