With more than 13000 Team Members we are well known for the quality of our services and our ability to bring people together and create exceptional guest AP Clerk job is for you if you are passionate about growth challenge connection and :Accurately review verify and code vendor invoices statements and employee expenses in Microsoft Dynamics proper approval workflows are and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers (vendors locations managers and internal teams and business units).Periodic reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure that vendor accounts are assigned duties in compliance with internal standard operating procedures and external regulations. Ensure compliance issues including cybersecurity are brought to the attention of payments-related inquiries coming from internal and external stakeholders and ensure proper routing of invoices to approvers as participate and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies in the Accounts Payable daily email and credit card duties as or technical training in accountingPrior accounting experienceKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practicesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailsWorking knowledge of MS Office products (Word Excel Outlook) and proficiency to learn new applicationsTime management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi task daily activities in a fast-paced environment.
