FileNet IER Developer

Location: Toronto; Hybrid: 2 days a week in office

Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IER module to lead the design development and implementation of customized integrations aligned with business requirements. The role involves ownership of critical functionalities related to legal holds and data purge ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery including architecture design system integration and implementation. They will also provide QA support through defect triage root cause analysis and resolution to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Additionally the role requires enabling team capability by cross-skilling members on IER functionalities and promoting knowledge sharing. The candidate will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system design procedures infrastructure and implementation guidelines.

Top 3 Required Skills:

Strong expertise in IER module (Subject Matter Expert level)

Experience in legal hold and data purge implementations

Hands-on experience in system design integration and implementation

Support Modernization Detailed Job Description: Design develop and maintain applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support core payments processing. Contribute to the development of payment flows supporting transaction processing. Build and support integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns. Participate in the design development testing deployment and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in a complex regulated environment. Collaborate with architecture QA and operations teams to ensure platform stability scalability and performance. Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub capabilities. Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
