As a Telecommunications Technician youll install and repair residential Internet Fibe TV and Home Phone services while helping customers stay connected to what matters most.
Whether you have telecommunications experience or not well provide the paid training and support needed to help you succeed. Youll develop valuable technical skills work independently and benefit from opportunities to grow your career with Bell.
- Act as a Bell ambassador by delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Install and repair services on Bells fibre optic and copper networks.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using your knowledge tools and company-provided equipment.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members to support shared goals.
- Promote Bell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Follow all health safety and operational policies and procedures.
- No telecommunications experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training.

- Valid Québec Class 5 drivers licence (probationary or regular).
- Availability to work 40 hours per week including days evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift carry and move equipment weighing up to 70 lbs. Training on safe lifting techniques will be provided.
- Ability to work at heights including climbing ladders up to 28 feet and can support a maximum of 325 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems and tools.
- Positive attitude willingness to learn and commitment to working safely.
