Field Service Coordinator

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service orders for the Ply Gem Canada Kelowna branch. This role acts as a key point of contact between customers field technicians Client Managers and internal teams to ensure service requests are scheduled efficiently and completed successfully. The successful candidate will be highly organized customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service orders installations repairs and service appointments.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling updates and service requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure required information materials and equipment are available.
• Maintain accurate service records schedules and documentation.
• Track inventory and support equipment/material coordination for field service activities.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues while supporting operational priorities.
• Provide professional customer service through phone and email communication.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and support a safe work environment.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration Operations or a related field is an asset.
• Previous scheduling dispatch customer service or coordination experience preferred.
• Construction field service manufacturing or window industry experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers technicians and internal teams.
• Proficient with computer systems for scheduling record keeping and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Additional Information :

Salary Range:
CAD $47500 $50000 annually
