Position: Marketing Expert Field Marketing (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design task briefs from your field marketing or events experience focusing on the tasks true test and decision-making.
• Specify necessary documents dashboards personas and tool states for realistic task execution.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against your standards.
• Diagnose issues from messy data prioritize plan execute QA triage research evaluate report and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience in field marketing or events.
• Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce and project trackers like Asana or Linear.
• Clear written reasoning.

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments RL environments or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
