Were looking for a relationship-focused proactive and results-driven person to join our team as a Farm & Business Advisor at our Tisdale branch.
In this role youll build meaningful relationships with agricultural and business members providing trusted financial advice and tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals. Through proactive conversations and expert guidance youll manage a diverse portfolio while identifying opportunities to strengthen member relationships and contribute to our continued growth.
How youll be spending your time
- Managing and growing a portfolio of farm and businessbanking relationships.
- Building strong relationships through proactive outreach and regular member contact.
- Conducting in-depth financial conversations to understand member needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyzing financial statements business plans and credit applications to make sound lending recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and attract new business.
- Maintaining awareness of economic conditions agricultural trends and industry developments that may impact members and their businesses.

The experience you bring
- 2 years of progressive experience in sales service and portfolio management within a farm and business banking environment.
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or lending education in consumer commercial or agricultural lending.
- Expertise in credit adjudication financial analysis and business development would be an asset.
Salary Range
$79075.27- $123982.03 with 15% to 17% Short Term Incentive Target dependent upon qualifications experience and demonstrated competencies.
