Job Summary

Position Overview:

Providing quality training since 1996 Rhodes Wellness College is recognized as a leader in counselling wellness & coaching.

Through active participation students develop new skills attitudes and approaches to working with clients.


We are looking for qualified ICF credentialed Coaches (must have ACC or PCC credentials to be considered) with experience as educators and facilitators.


Our Life Coaching programs span 135-270 hours


Course duration ranges from 135-270 hours in length. Part time programs are generally delivered 3-6pm PDT 5-8pm PDT 6-9pm PDT. Our full time Coaching program is 12-weeks Monday-Friday 9am-1.30 PDT. All program are experiential with a focus on integrating student engagement techniques.Courses in our online program are taught synchronously online via Zoom. However we are also seeking faculty available to teach bothonline and in-personfrom campus which is located in Vancouver in our blended program (online & in-person delivery).


Suitable candidates will have experience teaching online using an experiential learning approach and have a PCC or ACC credential with the ICF. All course materials are provided - no curriculum development is required.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate engaging interactive and effective lessons synchronously online using Zoom.

2. Meet course learning objectives and integrate course readings and course evaluation the student course notes package to prepare students for the final evaluation and written exam; this will require the instructor to create daily lesson plans with lectures instructor demonstrations student demonstrations skill practices individual & group class presentations and discussion of assigned readings all with an emphasis on experiential exercises.

3. Grade all student assignments and the written exam.

4. Submit all marks and final grades within two weeks from the end of the course.

5. Comply with Rhodes Wellness Colleges policies and guidelines.
