About the Role:
We are seeking a Facilities Administrator for our Office Services team. Reporting to the Manager of Office Services the successful incumbent will provide essential support to CAATs core business operations ensuring a safe comfortable and welcoming work environment. This includes catering support hospitality keeping the office neat and tidy throughout the day providing cleaning services when needed and acting as a primary back-up for reception and mail services.
As the Newest Member of our Team Youll:
Provide a full range of facilities maintenance support services for office premises & Plan staff which includes maintaining a safe functional and clean office environment.
Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance activities with external contractors including landlord for repairs and maintenance.
Keep all areas of the office including all meeting rooms kitchen areas and workspaces tidy and clean throughout the day.
Monitor inventory organizing stock and order all stationery and kitchen supplies.
Assist with keeping track and processing facilities-related invoices.
Perform office/desk moves including clearing out vacated workstations.
Assist with managing the service ticketing system.
Oversee meeting room and catering set-up and clean-up including arranging furniture for all internal and external meetings and events.
Serve as primary back-up for reception including covering all breaks lunches and absences and performing all related duties such as sorting and date-stamping incoming mail and sending out local and national courier packages.
Be an active member and ensure compliance with the Plans Joint Health & Safety committee & Life Safety team.
To Succeed You Bring:
College diploma in office administration or facilities management.
A minimum of 3 (three) years experience of progressive office facilities support
Self-motivated well-organized approach attention to detail the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently with limited supervision
Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word Excel Outlook and SharePoint.
Excellent oral and written skills with the natural ability to build instant connections with internal & external stakeholders.
The target hiring salary for this position is $52600 $61800. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity market conditions and the candidates experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
