We are seeking an Experienced Carpenter to join our growing teamsomeone who takes pride in their work communicates well with others and understands the importance of both efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform framing finishing and general carpentry on residential and light commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Measure cut assemble and install building materials such as wood steel and engineered products.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors apprentices and subtrades to maintain workflow and quality.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with BC Building Code safety regulations and project timelines.
- Assist in site layout demolition installation of windows/doors siding decks and interior finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to a safe job site environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 510 years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Proven ability to complete framing finishing and renovation work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of building envelope and structural systems.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required).
- Red Seal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Own basic tools and PPE.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
