Key Responsibilities:Lead the installation of batt insulation in walls ceilings floors attics crawl spaces and other building assemblies to reduce the transfer of heat cold sound and and interpret work orders blueprints building plans and project specifications to ensure quality all insulation installations meet applicable building codes manufacturer specifications and company quality and communicate effectively with Production Supervisors Branch Management Sales Teams General Contractors and other trades on troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges or site-related issues in a professional and timely job sites byprotecting finished surfaces and ensuring a safe work post-installation site clean-up and ensure work areas are left neat organized and free of operate ladders scaffolding aerial work platforms and other equipment while working at required documentation including our automated service programming (Field Service Lightning (FSL)) entries job notes photos and other digital records using a company-issued or personal mobile an exceptional customer experience through professional communication workmanship and attention to to all company health and safety policies procedures and regulatory in safety meetings toolbox talks and ongoing training quality control inspections to ensure installations are completed accurately and company and customer property in a safe and respectful & RequirementsWorking knowledge of applicable building codes and insulation to work independently with minimal to lift carry and handle insulation materials and equipment working in confined spaces attics crawl spaces and at and maintain all required safety certifications and supply and maintain personal hand tools and equipment required for the transportation and a valid drivers license with access to a personal vehicle for travel to and from job problem-solving communication and organizational to safety quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.**Pay will be Piecework Rates which we will discuss at time of interview
