**Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Oakville**
Were looking for a hands-on Exhibit Prep Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality this role youll lead the preparation assembly packing and quality review of exhibit structures and event components ensuring every project is event-ready on time and built to the highest standards.

As the Exhibit Prep Lead you will:
- Lead and direct prep technicians and contractors on assigned projects.
- Review staged projects to ensure quality accuracy and completion before shipment.
- Interpret blueprints and pick lists to verify all exhibit components are accounted for.
- Assemble install dismantle and prepare exhibit structures and related components.
- Safely pack exhibit materials on skids and crates according to company standards.
- Ensure all projects are prepared efficiently while meeting strict production schedules and event deadlines.
- Troubleshoot project issues and collaborate with the Prep Supervisor to develop effective solutions.
- Operate forklifts scissor lifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow company health and safety policies and federal safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production and time records for payroll and project tracking.
- Consistently follow company processes and quality standards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 12 years of related experience in exhibit production event staging warehouse operations manufacturing or a similar environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading or directing small teams is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and project documentation.
- Experience operating forklifts and aerial lifts (such as scissor lifts).
- Comfortable using hand tools power tools and material-handling equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift move assemble and dismantle exhibit structures in a physically active environment.
