Event Staff Casual

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Casual Event Staff member to join our vibrant and supportive team. This will be for events outside of our Taproom held in the Bow Valley and Calgary. The ideal candidate will be passionate about craft cider possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment. Your primary focus will be to maintain the vibe and provide exceptional service ensuring our customers have a memorable experience. This position is casual (as needed) and will involve travelling to event locations.

• Be the cheerful face that greets our guests and interacts with them in a friendly and professional manner
• Become a craft beverage expert. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our wildly fermented craft ciders and other offerings in order to guide our guests in their selections
• Assist with set up and tear down of event spaces
• Accurately take prepare and deliver orders
• Process guest payments efficiently and accurately handle cash and operate our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event space
• Maintain and ensure safe food handling practices
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth service and fun times for all

• Must be willing to travel and have dependable mode of transportation
• Valid Drivers License is an asset
• Experience in hospitality or the beverage industry is a plus but a love for craft beverages is a must!
• Youve got the gift of gab and can chat with anyone
• Youre all about making people happy and creating a welcoming vibe
• Happy and available to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Ready to be on your feet and lift up to 25 pounds with ease.
