Job Description (English)
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to administer deploy integrate and support enterprise endpoint security solutions across large-scale environments.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain endpoint security platforms including agent deployment upgrades policy management and troubleshooting.
- Support enterprise-wide security software rollouts across Windows Linux and macOS environments.
- Coordinate deployments with Infrastructure Desktop Engineering and Security Operations teams while following ITIL change management practices.
- Test and validate security solutions prior to production deployment.
- Integrate security platforms with Microsoft Entra ID Splunk SIEM reporting and ITSM solutions.
- Support mobile security initiatives using Microsoft Intune and/or IBM MaaS360.
- Develop SOPs runbooks operational procedures and management reports.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Cybersecurity or Endpoint Security experience.
- Hands-on administration experience with at least two of the following:
- CrowdStrike Falcon
- Lookout Mobile Security
- FireEye HX / Trellix HX
- Experience deploying and managing endpoint security technologies in large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security architecture operational best practices and troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating security platforms with Entra ID Splunk SIEM and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and change management processes.
- Experience supporting Windows Linux and macOS environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Intune or MaaS360.
- Experience with security automation and APIs.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP Security CrowdStrike Trellix or Microsoft Security certifications.
