SALARY:Starting Salary Opportunity: $64000
Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS:Bonus at Target $9600
Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business resultspursuant tothe Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees

LOCATION:Toronto Officelocation 5 days/week in office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee & execute New Hire orientation including scheduling presenters communicating with multiple stakeholders to provide a positive employee experience
- Working closely with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule & coordinate onboardings
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and liaise between Hiring Managers New Hires and HR/People Managersregardingonboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and Functional Onboarding for New Hires
- Conducting and analyze exit interviews/data
- Work on various projects to improve our onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide feedback andidentifyopportunities for efficiencies of routine processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in French and Englishis an asset
- Level of Education:Bachelors Degree Required
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (General Workday knowledge is an asset)
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Relentless People-Centric mindset

- Ability to analyze data to provide insights and trends
- Strong communicationskills both written & verbal.

- SomepreviousHuman Resources work experience is a plus however junior/entry level candidates will be considered
