Employee Benefits Administrator
As an Employee Benefits Administrator you will be supporting a team of insurance advisors by managing group insurance policies for our Total Guard Employee Benefit Group Insurance Program.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Process incoming client requests new group information client communications plan changes and upload relevant forms and documents to our internal policy system.
- Process and track claims review new business applications assemble enrolment packages and follow up with clients to obtain missing information.
- Process and distribute incoming departmental mail and update information for plan member policies.
- Provide basic accounting operations support as well as Marketing and communications support.
The value you bring
- 1 - 3 years Administration; experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is an asset.
- Experience in a customer facing service role an asset
- Excellent attention to detail with strong computer skills and experience navigating multiple computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially over the phone.
