Emergency Medicine Digby

Digby is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician. Requirements include up-to-date ACLS and PALS ATLS is a preferred qualification. In addition there is an opportunity to participate in teaching medical students and family practice residents from Dalhousie Medical School. Responsibilities

• full scope of practice as an emergency physician providing care to patients within the zone
• responsible to the Zone Department Head for Emergency Medicine for their professional responsibilities and quality of practice and will operate within the Medical Staff Bylaws of the Nova Scotia Health Authority
• Operate within the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Nova Scotia Health Authority. 
• Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities. 

Expected Hours

• permanent full or part- time

Remuneration

• $225-240 Daytime
• $245-260 Nighttime
• Hourly
