Early Childhood Educator Level 3

• Maintain accurate documentation reporting and record keeping.
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum that supports childrens learning and development.
• Support childrens emotional physical and behavioural well-being while fostering their social emotional cognitive and physical development.
• Complete daily attendance records and health and safety checks.
• Collaborate with professionals including Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists as needed.
• Support children through transitions within and between classrooms.
• Maintain a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment.
• Participate actively in team meetings workshops and professional development opportunities.

• Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 2 or Level 3).
• Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B certification.
• Ability to push pull and lift up to 45 pounds.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children families and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation reporting and classroom operations.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative both inside and outside the classroom.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A caring reliable and positive attitude.
