Early Childhood Educator Level 3

• Maintain accurate documentation reporting and record keeping
• Plan and implement an emergent curriculum based on childrens interests
• Support childrens emotional physical and behavioural well-being
• Foster development across social emotional cognitive and physical domains
• Conduct attendance tracking and health & safety checks
• Collaborate with external professionals (e.g. Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists Early Interventionists) as required
• Support children through daily transitions within the classroom
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development workshops

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively engage with children parents and team members
• Strong computer skills for documentation and classroom operations
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Valid Alberta ECE Level 3 Certification (required)
• Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Current Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
• Ability to push pull and lift up to 45 lbs
