Kids & Company is looking for caring flexible and enthusiastic OnCall Supply Early Childhood Educators to support our St. Albert Grandin centre.

• Support the delivery of an Emergent Curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children
• Foster childrens emotional social cognitive and physical development
• Maintain accurate daily documentation health checks and safety standards
• Assist with classroom transitions and daily routines
• Collaborate with families and external professionals such as Speech and Occupational Therapists
• Step in to support classrooms as needed and contribute to a positive team environment
• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings when scheduled

• Valid Alberta ECE Certification
• Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
• Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within the last 3 months)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative teamfocused approach
• Flexibility and reliability to work on an oncall basis
• Ability to lift and/or support up to 45 lbs
