Status: Contract
Contract End Date: March 2028

• Maintain documentation reporting and record keeping.
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum.
• Support childrens emotional physical and behavioural well-being while helping to develop their social emotional cognitive and physical skills.
• Maintain attendance records and complete health and safety checks.
• Work collaboratively with professionals such as Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists as required.
• Support children through transitions in and out of the classroom.
• Meet all classroom ratios as outlined.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development workshops.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children parents and colleagues.
• Ability to utilize computer systems for documentation reporting and classroom operations.
• Strong collaborator and team player.
• Ability to take initiative both inside and outside the classroom.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 Certification required.
• Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B certification.
• Ability to push pull and lift up to 45 pounds.
