This role is best suited to Support Workers who:
Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients day to day routines goals and interests.
Are comfortable adhering too BIS/Care plans and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.
Are comfortable providing high physical support and personal care with dignity and respect.
Demonstrate resilience adaptability and a commitment to delivering consistent safe person-centred support in complex or physically demanding environments.
Thrive inencouraging capacity building helping clients develop skills such as hygiene safe relationships domestic duties using public transport and community participation.
Are highly competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing!
Some of our requirements:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however whats important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include mornings afternoons and overnight shifts.
