Director Program Management HR Integration (Contract) SLC Management
What is in it for you:
This is a temporary full-time 18-month contract position.
Reporting to the Managing Director Talent and Strategic initiatives the Director Program Management HR Integration is accountable forthe project management & integration planning of an assetmanagementaligned HR digital platform consolidating 5 legacy platforms into a single system while redesigning HR processes endtoend for SLCs multibusiness operating model. This role will ensure project plans milestones dependencies risks resources and deliverables remain on track across all people and HR technology integration workstreams identifying risks and issues early and supportingresolution.
What you will do:
Program Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans establishing milestones deliverables dependencies risk issue and decisions. Coordinate work across HR Technology Payroll Finance vendors and implementation partners.
- Coordinate execution activities across all HR integration workstreams.
- Manage weekly program / project status meeting prepare materials & agendas Create project dashboards and executive reporting. Prepare steering committee materials.
- Partner with the Director HR Program Delivery to understand and flag broader implications change planning and communication. Bring forward recommendations to address.
Process Design and Implementation
- Create standardized documentation and guidance materials for workstream leads
- Support / Lead specific process design activities. Facilitate/Support working sessions and ensure robust documentation of outcomes and actions. Follow up with workstream leads and stakeholders.
- Conduct process system and employee impact change and gap analysis and assessments develop summaries create recommendations. Connect with stakeholders across integration streams.
- Document business requirements recommendations and implement decisions. Support translation of business requirements into technical requirements partnering with the digital solutions team.
Data and System Integration
- Partner with DBTS/HR Shared Services on integration dependencies employee data conversion validation testing and cutover activities ensuring rigorous data governance.
- Support legacy system transition & decommission planning- gap analysis issue logs recommendations.
What you need to succeed:
- 8 years of progressive project/program management experience ideally including complex enterprise or M&A integrations HR transformation or HR technology delivery.
- Proven ability to build integrated plans manage milestones dependencies risks issues decisions and executive-level reporting across multiple workstreams.
- Experience in HR process design and HRIS delivery with strong understanding of how automation workflow tools data and AI can be applied to simplify HR processes improve employee experience and reduce operational risk
- Workday data conversion testing cutover payroll or shared services experience considered an asset.
- Experience applying Agile project management practices; PMP Scrum/Agile or similar certification considered an asset.
- Strong relationship building stakeholder management and facilitation skills with senior leaders HR Technology Finance vendors and implementation partners.
- Excellent communication analytical documentation and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a matrixed environment identify practical options and develop creative solutions to complex integration process and technology challenges
The base salary range for this Director-level role is $110000$150000 CAD.
The upper end of the posted range reflects compensation levels applicable to Senior Director roles.
