Job Overview
Are you an experienced institutional sales professional with a passion for capital markets investment products and building long-term client relationships Do you enjoy identifying new business opportunities engaging with senior decision-makers and helping clients develop innovative investment solutions Are you motivated by working with some of the largest asset managers ETF issuers investment banks institutional investors and wealth management firms across North America If you are looking for an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a leading global index provider we would love to hear from you.
Your Tasks
- Proactively identify develop and close new business opportunities with institutional clients across North America.
- Build and manage relationships with asset managers ETF issuers investment banks wealth management firms and other financial institutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the region.
- Present Solactives index capabilities and custom index solutions as strategic enablers for new investment products and mandates.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design discussions through negotiation and deal execution.
- Work closely with Index Structuring and In-house teams to deliver innovative index solutions tailored to client needs.
- Represent Solactive at client meetings industry conferences and networking events.
Your Profile
- 10 years of experience in institutional sales or business development within financial services.
- Strong network and proven track record with clients in asset management ETFs investment banking wealth management or institutional investment.
- Deep understanding of capital markets portfolio management indexing and investment products.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
