Location: McKenzie Corner 1286 McKenzie Ave. Victoria BC V8P 5P2We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Root Cellar Team!

As part of our dedicated marketing team you will be responsible for managing our digital marketing channels with the goal of driving revenue promoting our brand and growing and engaging our audiences. You will create compelling social media content including video and photo that showcases our stores our products our awesome team members and the values that underpin our day-to-day work.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and storytelling abilities solid experience in social media content creation and will enjoy engaging with customers and our store teams. You will have relevant experience in digital marketing and there are excellent opportunities for development and growth.

• Social media management content creation: development of an annual social content calendar that supports organizational goals and feeds into wider marketing campaigns. Creation of organic and paid social posts including user-generated content

• Online advertising campaigns: lead on paid seasonal digital marketing campaigns ensuring deadlines are met

• Website maintenance development: regular website updates to support marketing campaigns using Word Press including creating blog content and ongoing development and maintenance as required

• Analytics reporting: monthly digital metric reporting turning data into actionable insights and recommendations

• Marketing team support: collaboration with wider marketing team as required including support with signage events and in-store visual merchandising

• Degree in Marketing Media or Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 2 - 3 years managing and creating content on all major social media platforms for business.

• Proficiency in Excel Adobe Creative Suite G Suite and Word Press is required.

• Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills with the ability to create engaging content for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to think big and track the details.

• Above and beyond attention to detail and accuracy its the little things that count!

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Excellent project management skills.
