Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps engineer with strong expertise in Ansible automation CI/CD cloud platforms and observability. The role supports missioncritical financial applications and requires handson engineering infrastructure automation and crossteam collaboration.
Top 3 Required Skills:
Strong handson experience with Ansible (Playbooks Roles YAML)
Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration & scripting (Python Bash Shell)
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Git Jenkins GitLab)
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
Containerization: Docker Kubernetes OpenShift
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) & IaC
Monitoring logging & automation integrations (ServiceNow observability tools)
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
Certifications in DevOps / Ansible / Cloud technologies (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers operations and security teams to design and implement secure scalable infrastructure
Automate deployment scaling and observability of applications and services
Continuously optimize system performance availability and security
Work with SRE teams to design deployment pipelines incident response and recovery plans
Participate in oncall rotation for afterhours support and maintenance
Qualifications:
5 years in DevOps or SRE roles within automationfocused environments
Must have financial industry experience
Strong experience with configuration management (Ansible YAML)
Strong experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker Kubernetes OpenShift)
Strong experience with observability & logging tools (Dynatrace Elasticsearch CloudWatch)
Strong scripting/programming skills: Python Bash PowerShell JavaScript
Strong experience with security & compliance in regulated industries
Strong GitOps experience and expertise with Git tooling (GitHub preferred)
Experience with OOP SOLID principles API design & implementation
Experience with ITIL processes (change problem configuration release management)
Strong communication documentation and mentoring skills
