Job Description: Role: Delivery Lead

100% Remote

The Delivery Leader is accountable for driving meaningful value and measurable outcomes through end to end delivery ownership. This role requires a holistic view of delivery including dependency management removal of blockers stakeholder engagement financial oversight vendor optimization and the iterative realization of value. The leader must stay current with modern software delivery practices organizational change and Agile Lean DevOps and financial management techniques.

We are seeking a Delivery Leader to spearhead a strategic enterprise sponsored product centric AI initiative. This individual will enable predictable outcome driven delivery while championing a modern agile product oriented way of working.

This is not a traditional project management role. Success in this position requires moving beyond classic project management mindsets and tools in favor of collaboration transparency experimentation and continuous learning. The Delivery Leader will partner closely with the Agile Leader Product Owner and Product Workstream Leader to accelerate value deliveryfocusing on outcomes rather than task execution
