Job Summary
Role: Decisions Platform Developer Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite per week Role Description We are seeking a Senior Decisions Developer (SME) with deep expertise in the Decisions platform to design configure and optimize enterprise workflow rules and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will support complex environments implement best practices and mentor engineering teams while ensuring high availability performance and security. Responsibilities Design and configure workflows rules dashboards and integrations Implement and manage ACL across projects Develop SAML and SSO flows Manage role-based access frameworks Configure dashboards Manage environments including Test UAT PROD and DR Perform deployments and disaster recovery exercises Troubleshoot server and licensing issues Analyze and resolve performance issues Monitor workflows jobs and logs Implement secure SAML authentication Enhance SSO flows and remove hard-coded logic Collaborate with business and technical teams Support releases and deployments Provide production support and monitoring Act as SME define best practices and mentor teams Required Skills Decisions platform expertise Java REST Web Services OpenSSO Experience with SAML and SSO integrations Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience Experience Required 10 years of experience |
