They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.Those in capital projects management at PwC will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects enabling them to be completed on time and within budget. Your work will demonstrate and build on strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders and resources.

Lead and execute infrastructure and project finance advisory engagements across a variety of asset types
Develop review and oversee complex financial models supporting project financing and funding analyses
Perform financial commercial and market analyses related to infrastructure and project finance
Stay current on developments in the Canadian infrastructure market andidentifyadvisory opportunities
Build andmaintainstrong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor
Train coach and review work completed by Associates and Senior Associates across multiple engagements
Contribute to the preparation and review of client reports deliverables and information memorandums
Lead business development efforts including proposals pitch decks and other marketing materials
Work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment

Your skills knowledge and experiences are what set you apart.Hereswhat we look for:
Strong finance background with experience in project finance and/or infrastructure advisory or investing
Experience gained in a consulting firm lender sponsor developer investor or government agency is considered an asset
Proven financial modelingexpertise including the development and review of models for infrastructure projects
Experience with financial forecasting and cash-flow analysis
Experience working in infrastructure broadly; sector-specific experience is considered an asset but notrequired
A financial designation (CPA CFA CBV etc) and/or a post-graduate degree preferred but not .
Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg Capital IQ or similar platforms is considered an asset
Ability to work independently and confidently in ambiguous fast-moving environments
Openness to learning new tools and approaches including emerging digital and analytics capabilities
Strong communicationskills and the ability to lead mentor and collaborate with diverse teams

The salary range for this position is $112400 - $162400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
