- Additional skills considered an asset Databricks Power BI
- Beyond technical expertise the consultant should demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Ability to assess data quality data flows reporting needs and recommend and define new reporting/dashboard requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading discussions asking probing questions and translating business needs into actionable insights
