Youll play an important role in preparing the store for the day ahead by ensuring the department is fully stocked organized and presented at a high standard. • Deliver consistent high-quality work that supports Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Prepare package stock and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves ensuring products are ready for the next day with high quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Receive unpack organize and replenish product efficiently to maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize shrink.
• Maintain clean safe and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties including: sweeping mopping and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures with a strong focus on Health & Safety Food Safety and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated overnight setup and closing procedures to ensure a smooth transition to daytime operations.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• The ability to work independently overnight with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• A collaborative team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines extended periods of standing repetitive heavy lifting and product handling and work that may be performed in coolers freezers or outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including overnight shifts weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
