About the role:

Were on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation growth and excellence. As we scale rapidly were looking for a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator (Field Specialist) to be the face of Clutch at our new Calgary location.

As a member of our Calgary launch team youll have the opportunity to help build a new market from the ground up shape how we operate and grow alongside the business. Since our entire car-selling process is online youll often be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they sell their vehicle. Youll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great unique experience in this dynamic customer service and transportation role.

What youll do:

  • Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
  • Work between our retail location and off-site appointments meeting customers throughout the Calgary area to inspect and pick up vehicles they are selling to Clutch.
  • A major part of this job is having exceptional customer service skills where youll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Bring a sharp eye for detail when inspecting vehicles using our guided inspection app carefully assessing cosmetic and mechanical condition to identify potential issues and provide customers with a high-quality experience.
  • You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
  • Learn to safely operate Clutchs car hauler truck including loading securing and transporting vehicles from customer pickup locations back to our storage facility. Full training will be provided.
  • Youll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

What were looking for:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • 2 years of customer-facing experience
    • Comfortable driving longer distances.
    • Passionate about cars and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • License: A class 5 License (valid in Alberta)
  • Driving Record: 3 years of clean drivers abstract with no major infractions.
  • Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends with overtime as required. Clutch operates seven days a week.

  • Experience driving larger vehicles is an asset as youll occasionally get behind the wheel of our bright red Clutch car hauler.

  • Salary range: $24 per hour
