Job Overview
The Crop Inputs Operator supports day-to-day operations at our crop input and grain handling facility by assisting with receiving shipping material movement and general site this role you will perform physical production and warehouse tasks operate basic equipment and maintain a safe clean and efficient work environment. You will work both indoors and outdoors while supporting team members and delivering strong service to our producer customers.
What You Will Do
- Perform facility operations such as receiving loading unloading and shipping fertilizer grain seed and other crop input products.
- Convey materials within production and warehouse areas using manual or powered material-handling equipment.
- Lift and stack materials products tools or equipment to support smooth operational flow.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting farmers drivers and internal team members.
- Follow all safety rules food safety requirements and facility procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional production or warehouse duties as assigned by facility leadership.
- Ability to work overtime weekends and holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors including at heights (4 feet and above) while performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs climbing bending and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Hold a valid Canadian full Class 5 drivers licence in good standing.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate mobile equipment (forklift skid steer).
