The CRM Developer will be responsible for the development testing deployment and optimization of customer marketing campaigns within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will participate in discovery sessions with business stakeholders gather and translate requirements build campaign solutions and support campaign execution from concept through deployment. This role requires a combination of campaign development expertise advanced SQL and relational database skills and experience working within at least one enterprise marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Unica or SAS.

- 3 years of campaign development experience
- Experience developing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Unica SAS or a similar enterprise campaign management platform
- Mid to senior-level SQL and relational database expertise

- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing campaigns
- Previous experience with large organizations such as banks telecommunications companies or other highly structured enterprises
- Prior experience with a major Canadian financial institution
- Data analytics or reporting background
- Exposure to multiple campaign management platforms

- Minimum 3 years of campaign development experience within an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end campaign lifecycle: design audience segmentation SQL development data extraction deployment and testing
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate marketing requirements into technical campaign solutions
