Corridor Access Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate corridor access requirements for construction and maintenance activities. Develop access schedules and sequencing plans to support project milestones while minimizing impacts to operations the public and stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact with corridor owners municipalities regulators utilities and thirdparty stakeholders. Coordinate permits access agreements and approvals required for work within controlled corridors.

• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure access conditions restrictions and safety requirements are clearly communicated and adhered to. Monitor field activities to confirm compliance with approved access plans and conditions.

• Maintain accurate records of access approvals permits schedules and communications. Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership.

Qualifications:

• College Trade or Technical Diploma (2year) required focusing on project coordination or construction management.

• 24 years of experience in a project coordination construction coordination or infrastructure-related role.

• Experience supporting permits access agreements or approvals within construction utilities transportation or infrastructure environments.

• Experience working with municipalities regulatory bodies or corridor owners.

• Exposure to field construction environments and coordination with site teams.

• Experience supporting multiple projects or work fronts simultaneously.

Compensation

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
