The firm is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Associate Lawyer with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join its Winnipeg office.

This practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:

  • Business acquisitions and divestitures
  • Banking and commercial finance
  • Real estate development
  • Privacy and cybersecurity
  • Technology transactions
  • Construction projects and procurement
