About The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your portfolio of onboarding clients and support successful client launches.
- Support the Team Leader with ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with Team Leader responsibilities during periods of absence.
- Provide coaching guidance and development opportunities to team members.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with each team member.
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the Director Customer Success.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Assign accounts across the team when required.
- Monitor team KPIs and identify performance trends or areas requiring support.
- Share constructive feedback and encourage continuous development.
- Drive innovation and improvements to the onboarding experience.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales to ensure accurate customer documentation key feature requirements and business needs are captured.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues when the Team Leader is unavailable.
- Advocate for team needs and identify opportunities to improve team workflows and efficiency.
- Maintain active support and collaboration through team meetings and communication channels.

Experience & Qualifications
- 2 years of Customer Success or relevant professional experience.
- Travel industry knowledge required.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to positively influence others.
- Experience building trust and rapport across teams.
- Strong communication coaching and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated empathy patience and client-centric mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptable and flexible in a growing and evolving environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Wrike.
- Familiarity with Gong.
- Strong Microsoft platform skills.
- Degree preferred.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $100000 - $105000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors including experience geographic location and job requirements.
