Geotab is seeking a Corporate Compliance Intern to play a key role in fostering our culture of integrity. You will help enhance our Compliance Programs by supporting core processes maintaining policies and creating impactful communications. What youll do:

The Corporate Compliance Intern will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and implementation of our corporate Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of corporate compliance including policy management training and communications monitoring and risk assessments. The intern will work on meaningful projects that directly contribute to fostering a culture of integrity and ensuring the effectiveness of our compliance framework.

The opportunity:

12-month work-term beginning January 2027
Full-time paid internship (Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/week)

How youll make an impact:

Assist in the drafting review and revision of corporate policies procedures and the Code of Conduct.
Support the development and deployment of E&C training and awareness campaigns including creating materials and communication drafts.
Conduct research on emerging regulatory trends industry best practices and specific compliance-related topics as needed.
Provide support for key compliance processes such as conflicts of interest anti-bribery & corruption business continuity etc.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders on program activities and progress.
Collaborate closely with members of the Ethics & Compliance Legal Human Resources and Internal Audit teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Help manage project timelines track deliverables and provide status updates to ensure key initiatives are completed successfully.

What youll bring to the role:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
A high level of integrity and discretion with a strong understanding of the need to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to help draft clear policies reports and communications.
Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving with the ability to understand both detailed rules and the broader strategic picture.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven experience in managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project goals.
A proactive and curious mindset with a genuine interest in corporate ethics compliance and risk management.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

This role offers an hourly pay range which is anticipated to be the range listed below. The actual pay for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to students academic program relevant experience and location. Geotab is committed to fair and equitable compensation and will share final details as part of the offer process. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship and the individuals ability to pass a background check.
