Job Summary

Your Opportunity:

Health Shared Services (HSS) is seeking a Clinical Operational Readiness (CORe) Lead to join the Clinical Operations Informatics Office (COIO) in Digital Health to lead the ongoing design of operational workflows change management implementation and evaluation of Healthy Planet and Cheers applications. These applications support workflows across the care continuum using integrated tools which support the health care team to monitor a patients care over time and take action to keep patients healthy or improve chronic conditions. The workflows will seamlessly combine analytics clinical tools and patients insights to improve health for individuals and for the Alberta Context these enterprise-wide applications and workflows are used across the continuum of care in both inpatient and ambulatory Care is Albertas provincial electronic health record integrating more than 1300 independent systems into a single platform to enhance patient safety care quality and operational efficiency. Healthy Planet and Cheers workflows and design are central to patient care delivery and require strong governance safety oversight holistic awareness of system impacts and close coordination across clinical operational and Digital Health leadership role is critical to ensure Healthy Planet and Cheers workflows are standardized safe operationally effective and consistently supported across all care settings. The position provides informatics leadership for enterprise initiatives ensuring digital systems and workflows are optimized safe and effectively adopted by operational is flexibility regarding work location within Alberta and candidates from across the province are encouraged to apply.

The Clinical Operational Readiness (CORe) Lead is a leadership role within the COIO team with a provincial scope reporting directly to the Executive is a leadership position with direct reports accountable for coaching mentoring and developing team members to build subject-matter expertise strengthen change leadership capability and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality successful candidate is an expert in organizational change management with a proven track record leading large-scale transformational initiatives. The role focuses on the collaborative design of informatics workflows that function cohesively within an integrated digital health CORe Lead provides strategic leadership and operational readiness oversight for functionality within Connect Care.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of progressive responsibility leading organizational change for programs or organizations of significant size and complexity including leadership experience leading teams including coaching mentoring and performance understanding of change management principles and experience in project management workflow design and process applying structured change management and evaluation related to leadership management or change management (e.g. PROSCI).Excellent communication facilitation and consensusbuilding skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in a HealthRelated background in Clinical with Epic in a variety of clinical preparing executivelevel briefing materials and decision documents.
