When your actions lead to success:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to assigned clientsCoordinate multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Receive analyze and communicate client requests to internal production teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure client expectations are met
- Assist in resolving issues and managing competing priorities
- Work closely with production account management and cross-functional teams
When your expertise drives us:
- Postsecondary education in a related field or equivalent experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
- Experience within advertising agencies marketing printing publishing or production environments is considered an asset
- Experience in customer service account coordination project coordination or account management
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
