Compensation Details:
- Administration 14: Salaries typically range from $58189 to $77586 annually based on qualifications and experiences plus a performance-based incentive.
Location:
- Export Development Canada operates in a hybrid work environment with a current requirement oftwo in-office days per week increasing to three days per week in September 2026 (subject to change).
- This role can be performed from EDCs headquarters in Ottawa (preferred).
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Team Overview:
The Canadian Critical Minerals Accelerator (CCMA) is a first-of-its-kind investment tool designed to accelerate Canadian critical mineral projects across the value chain from extraction to processing by helping crowd-in private capital reduce risk for strategically important projects and strengthen Canadas economic and supply chain security. Internal EDC critical minerals materials also position the CCMA as a tool that enables EDC to structure solutions that support strategically important projects for Canadas economy and supply chains including through investment tools such as equity investments debt instruments and offtake agreements.
What you will be doing:
As the CCMA Coordinator youll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team. Youll help keep activities organized processes running smoothly and ensure leaders and team members have the administrative support they need to be successful.
In this role you will:
Coordinate meetings events and team activities managing logistics materials and follow-up actions. These meetings will be complex in nature often involving high-ranking government officials and external partners.
Capture meeting outcomes and drive follow-up including coordinating with relevant external parties.
Obtain a deep understanding of the CCMA program to aid with briefing notes correspondence creation of presentations and other communication materials.
Monitor and analyze budgets.
Manage procurement processes for engagement of third-party service providers.
Provide general administrative support to leaders and team members including calendar management expense processing and other day-to-day operational activities.
Monitor priorities deadlines and action items to help keep work on track and stakeholders informed.
Maintain team records documentation collaboration sites and shared resources while supporting onboarding offboarding and reporting activities.
Support projects and initiatives by coordinating activities tracking progress and helping deliver on key objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working while building strong relationships with colleagues and partners across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented proactive and enjoys supporting a dynamic team environment.
What we are looking for:
Completion of secondary school and a minimum of five years of administrative or clerical experience including experience supporting senior leaders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint.
Strong calendar management and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Dependable adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment.
Comfortable learning and using new technologies including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and team effectiveness.
Fully bilingual in French and English.

Completion of post-secondary education (college diploma or undergraduate degree).
Experience supporting complex teams projects or multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes coordination and team effectiveness.
