What Youll Do

The ideal candidate will prepare and execute a variety of menu items across multiple stations ensuring high-quality presentation consistency and adherence to food safety standards. This role requires flexibility strong organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse multi-cultural cuisines.

As one of our cooks your Key responsibilities will be: 

• Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast grill chefs table and café service
• Assist with catering production setup and execution as required
• Maintain high standards of food quality safety and sanitation
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver consistent service across all outlets
• Support menu variety by incorporating multi-cultural cuisine techniques and recipes

Qualifications :

What You Bring 

• Experience in high-volume multi-station kitchen environments
• Experience working with high-volume catering environments
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking technique
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing service needs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills 
• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g. lifting standing for long periods) 
• Commitment to safety respect and inclusion
