Salary: $65000-$90000

Our client a well-established and growing full-service law firm with multiple offices across Western Canada is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its Chilliwack office. The Opportunity

The successful candidate will independently manage a busy residential conveyancing practice while working closely with lawyers clients lenders and real estate professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete residential conveyancing transactions including purchases sales mortgages and builder transactions.
• Conduct title searches and review title documentation to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions with clients financial institutions real estate agents and other stakeholders.
• Review legal documents and perform due diligence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare closing documents statements of adjustments and facilitate the completion of transactions.
• Maintain accurate file records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential real estate conveyancing.
• Ability to independently manage approximately 2030 transactions per month.
• Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and land title processes.
• Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism attention to detail and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Unity GoVeyance Resolve or similar conveyancing software is considered an asset.
• Experience with commercial real estate and/or wills & estates is an asset but not required.
