Established multi-site Childcare Operator seeks a Lead FDK/SA RECE - Contract for two vacant positions at our Tumpane Child Care Centre location. Position: Contract - Part-Time Split ShiftQualifications and Requirements:Early Childhood Education Diploma or EquivalencyRegistered and in Good Standing with The College of Early Childhood EducationCurrent certification in Standard First Aid and CPR AED Level C Current and Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)Complete Toronto Public Health Medical and Immunization requirementsSkills Required:Warm and Energetic individual who has the ability to work with Children of all ages experience with ***** age group is an possess strong initiative and organizational skills and have a positive attitudeDependable and Flexible - arrives on time and ready to commence work as scheduledCommunicate effectively and professionally with Children Staff and Parents ICSG Management and any other Governing Agencies Must have general knowledge of Childcare Operations and an ability to comply with all the requirements from CCEYA/AQI/TPH/ICSG incl. TDSB Policies and Procedures for sites located in TDSBAble to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team the ability to implement an Early Childhood Program as per requirements set out by governing agenciesMaintain Room control with positive Behaviour Management StrategiesAbility to plan and implement a programAssets:Working Knowledge of the Lillio Application (Parent Portal)Experience with laptop/tablet use to program and record Childrens profilesHours of work: Centre Hours of Operation are 7:00am 6:00pmSplit Shift > During the School Year: 7:00am-9:00a.m. and 3:00pm-6:00p.m. 5 hours per dayDuring Summer P.A.
