Contract Manager, Psych Services

Position Overview

We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Health Services team supporting a portfolio of psychological services contracts for national provincial and municipal law enforcement and public safety this customer-facing role you will be responsible for ensuring contract success through strong client relationship management contract compliance workforce engagement service delivery oversight and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of contracts of varying size complexity and activity levels
• Support workforce satisfaction customer satisfaction contract compliance retention and growth objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for client relationship management issue resolution and escalations
• Monitor contract performance and ensure service level commitments are met
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations HR Payroll Finance and Contract Administration teams
• Track contract deliverables budgets billing invoicing and financial performance to ensure compliance with approved rates and contract requirements
• Work closely with coordinators psychologists and test administrators to ensure efficient service delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvement contract growth and enhanced customer service
• Support proposal and contract renewal activities as a subject matter expert
• Maintain accurate documentation reporting and communication related to assigned contracts

Qualifications

• A post-secondary education in a healthcare business or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of contract administration project management customer success account management or related experience
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong financial awareness and understanding of contract compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience supporting service delivery contracts or customer-facing operations

Additional Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
• French and English bilingualism is strongly preferred and will be considered an asset for this role
• Experience within healthcare mental health public safety or professional services environments will also be considered an asset
• Ability to work out of our Burlington ON or Ottawa ON office (one or the other) on occaion would be preferred but will not be required for this role
• Occasional client-related travel may not be required (0-15%)

Compensation

$85000 to $95000CAD annually.
