Our global network includes facilities in Canada the United States and Hungary ensuring regional expertise and global Position:The Senior Content & Communications Specialist leads Eclipse Automations editorial and content strategy shaping how the company tells its story and communicates its value. Working with teams across the business youll turn technical expertise and business priorities into clear credible content that strengthens the brand and positions Eclipse as a leader in factory automation. This is a hands-on role that moves from strategy to execution. Youll develop and manage content that supports pipeline growth and keeps employees informed while maintaining a consistent Eclipse voice across external and internal Youll Be Doing:Develop and manage an integrated content and communications calendar aligned with Eclipses business and marketing prioritiesDrive content strategy and development across the marketing funnel from website blog and campaign content to case studies and sales enablement materialsPlan and manage Eclipses organic social media content adapting stories and messaging across relevant channelsDevelop internal and executive communications including the employee newsletter digital screens and engagement contentInterview subject-matter experts and research industry trends customer use cases and market opportunities to create relevant and credible contentIdentify storytelling opportunities that showcase Eclipses people expertise products solutions customers and cultureOwn and maintain Eclipses voice and tone guidelines and key messaging to support consistency across communications and marketing materialsApply SEO and AEO best practices to website and long-form contentManage projects from initial brief through writing stakeholder review approval production and publicationCollaborate with design video and digital marketing specialists on creative requirements production and publishingTrack content communications and social media performance and contribute to Marketing reportingWork and collaborate in a team environment actively participating and engaging in group meetingsComplete other duties and projects as assignedWhat Were Looking For:Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field or equivalent experience5-8 years of experience in B2B content marketing corporate communications public relations copywriting or a related roleStrong writing editing interviewing and storytelling skills across long- and short-form contentExperience using Canva HubSpot WordPress SharePoint and other content creation project management and publishing toolsFamiliarity with SEO and AEO best practicesWorking knowledge of graphic design photography and video production with the ability to brief and collaborate with creative specialistsStrong project management and organizational skills with the judgment to manage competing priorities stakeholders approvals and deadlinesManufacturing technology engineering or hardware industry experience is preferredCandidates will be asked to share a portfolio or relevant work samples during the interview processWhat We Offer:Reimbursement for tuition and professional dues3 weeks of vacation and 3 paid personal days (to start)RRSP matching programFree snack programWhy Join Us:Here at Eclipse Automation creation and innovation are at our core and our culture reflects that.
