Organization: Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (InnoCoDev)
This team will operate as a dedicated strategic function within Professional Services working closely with Product Development Sales and Customer Success. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of industry-wide solutions through strategic co-development partnerships with key customers. This initiative will establish a SWAT team within Professional Services to identify cultivate and operationalize these partnerships demonstrating Guidewire Professional Services unique value proposition and capturing premium service opportunities.

Role Overview
As a Solution Consultant youll work at the intersection of technology and customer adoption. Youll help ensure customers succeed by bridging business needs with solutions and providing enablement support.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prototype validate and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments.

Work directly with customers to capture use cases requirements and validate solutions.

Take ownership across the full technology stack including backend and frontend development.

Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement.

Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.

Qualifications

24 years of experience in technology consulting solution development or P&C insurance delivery.

Hands-on full-stack development experience including modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD DevOps automated testing and packaging.

Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences.

Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs and working software.

Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.

Works effectively with limited guidance from others consistently applying established best practices and standards.

Curious adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced innovation-focused environment.

The Canadian CAD base salary range for this full-time position is 71000.00 - 89000.00. Your base pay will depend on your experience skills education training and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health dental and vision insurance paid time off and a company sponsored retirement addition some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan commissions and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including but not limited to company and employee performance.
