If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals Armour is presently seeking a Construction Project to the Construction Manager and supporting different Project Managers and Site Superintendents the project coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the firms projects which are diverse and include a range of work from restaurant retail base building upgrades tenant improvements to complex new a Construction Project Coordinator youll get to:Create and update project and construction up to date construction schedules submittal logs drawing logs construction drawings and front-end of tender with design consultants and contractors to obtain submittals and approvals design drawing updates RFI or SI project folders and keep files up to contracts in once a contractor has been awarded the projectCreate progress billing templates for future invoicing in Armours accounting system.
