If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals Armour is presently seeking a Construction JR Project to the Construction Manager in this role you will have the opportunity to support strategic and complex development initiatives in our Region. This opportunity is ideal if you are driven detail oriented and have a strong interest in seeing projects come to life. As a Jr Project Manager youll get to:Work with internal and external stakeholders on project execution while communicating the Companys interests throughout projects;Provide dependable oversight and hands on project management throughout the lifecycle of construction projects including schedules and quality while establishing and maintaining positive relations and communication with stakeholders such as planning agencies consultants architects and subcontractors;Oversee the work of external professional service providers while keeping projects moving within scope and ensuring timelines are met;Maximize resources managing expectations communicating difficult or complex concepts while collaborating with others to achieve success; Prepare detailed project handover and inspection programs to ensure the streamlined delivery of each other similar and related duties as may be reasonably required by the Employer from time to timeYour qualifications include:3 years experience as a Construction Project Role leading complex projects. PMP certification an asset but not to communicate with others clearly and effectively. Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to establish relationships with various stakeholders and adjust communication style to various audiences including senior leadership.
