Responsibilities:Administrative duties as requiredWarehouse cleanliness and organizationClean Drivers Abstract with driving experience (up to 5-ton truck)Demolition of work areaResponsible for various material pick up and deliveriesHelp various building trade Associates regarding handling materials and equipmentEnsure accurate and proper inventory management and allocation of materialsThorough assistance in clean-up of renovation areasComplete other tasks assigned by the LeaderAssist team as neededExperience:Knowledge of basic toolsClean drivers abstract with driving experienceConstruction safety training is an assetTechnical Requirements:Ability to learn in house programsBasic knowledge of Inventory ControlFamiliarity with computer tablets is an assetNon-Technical Requirements:Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environmentExceptional organizational interpersonal and time-management skillsAbility to communicate effectivelyDeadline and goal orientedAbility to spend up to eight hours walking standing climbing stairs liftingAbility to maneuver up to 70 lbs with the proper equipmentUse and promote safe working practices
